Worship, Learn, Grow, Love

Dear JOY family and friends,

As you know, I’m still recovering from COVID. While I am definitely getting better, I think that it is prudent to  take one more Sunday, January 24th, of live-streaming only.

I sincerely hope to be back for in-person worship on January 31st.

While this is definitely not my desired outcome, yet no matter the circumstances, I still rejoice in the glory, mercy and grace of God our Father through our Lord Christ Jesus.

Guidelines for in-person worship

Hello!  We’re really glad that you are considering joining us for worship.  If you are joining us for in-person worship, we ask that you follow these guidelines out of brotherly love for all:

  1. If you have any illness, flu-like symptoms, or a fever, please stay home.  Also, if your immune system is vulnerable, we strongly encourage you to stay home.
    • We will continue to live-stream so you can worship with us from your home.
  2. We strongly recommend wearing a face mask.  If you don’t have a mask, one is available for you at the church.
  3. Hand sanitizer is available for your use.
  4. We encourage social distancing although couples/family members are welcome to sit together.
  5. We will not be using paper bulletins at this time; everything will be on-screen.
  6. The offering basket will be on the back table, as you enter or leave the church.

To God be the Glory forever and ever.  Amen!
